Students in this one-day course will explore the various functions of Quickbooks Pro. You will learn how to modify the Chart of Accounts, enter sales transactions, record deposits, run statements and pay bills. We will also review the various reporting functions in this extremely flexible software package. The course is designed as an in-depth overview for those who need to get up to speed with Quickbooks. Students will have an opportunity to practice using their new skills in a sample company file. The instructor, Karen Simmons, is a CPA with over 10 years experience using Quickbooks in a small business environment. Additionally she is a certified as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
