It’s not always convenient or feasible to unplug your equipment and bring it into the service center. Our skilled technicians can come to you and perform most services on site without you having to unhook anything.

Our on-site service calls are normally run between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday. In the event of an emergency we can run calls after hours by calling our office. Our normal hourly rates are $90 per hour for non-networking calls and $100 per hour for clients with networking needs. After hours calls are billed at time and one half Monday through Saturday and double time on Sundays.
